ShellYard is operated by AmIUp. Payments are processed by Paddle, the merchant of record for all transactions on shellyard.com.

14-day free trial

Pro and Team include a 14-day free trial. No charge occurs during the trial; billing begins on day 15 if you do not cancel. Cancelling during the trial is free and no refund is required.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with a paid ShellYard subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first charge. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the account dashboard or via the customer portal link included in your purchase receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until that date and are not charged again.

How to request a refund

Email billing@shellyard.com from the address associated with your account, including your order number from the Paddle receipt. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days once approved.
