Signed & notarized

macOS: Apple Developer ID + Apple notary service. Windows: Authenticode via Azure Trusted Signing.

GPG-verified updates

The in-app updater refuses any artifact whose hash doesn't match a GPG-signed SHA256SUMS. The signing key is embedded at build time — bucket access alone can't substitute it.

AES-256-GCM vault

Local credential storage uses authenticated encryption under an Argon2id-derived key (OWASP 2024 desktop-app params).

Per-Space KMS (Team+)

Each Shared Space gets its own AWS KMS key. Cryptographic erasure on offboarding via kms:ScheduleKeyDeletion. Not zero-knowledge — keys live in our AWS account.
