ShellYard
ShellYard for MSPs

One Space per client.
One workspace for the work.

Keep client connections, credentials, docs, IPAM, diagnostics, API tests, and operational notes organized by Space — so each engagement stays clean, auditable, and easy to hand off.

Client Spaces

One Space per client.

Every Space is a self-contained workspace for a client, site, or environment. Connections, credentials, documents, notes, IPAM, audit history, and Magellan context are scoped to the Space. Switching between clients is one click — Acme's runbooks don't drag into Globex's terminal.

Shared credentials and docs

Credentials and documentation live with the work.

Credentials live in the Space's vault and resolve on connect — no copy-paste between tools, no spreadsheet of passwords. Documents, runbooks, IPAM subnets and hosts, and incident reports live in the same Space, with role-based read / write / admin permissions. IT Glue and Hudu importers bring over what you already maintain.

Remote access and diagnostics

Hands-on tools next to the connection.

SSH, RDP, VNC, serial, local terminal, browser sessions, AWS SSM — all in one window. Network diagnostics (DNS, MTR, Nmap, TLS, SNMP, syslog, packet capture) run from the Space and attach to the active session's context, so you're never copy-pasting host names from one tool into another.

Runbooks and handoff

Operational memory that survives the on-call rotation.

Capture what happened, what was checked, what changed, and how it was resolved. The next technician picks up the Space and the runbook is already there — not in someone else's chat history. Bulk command runner and Batch SSH let one technician roll a fix across the whole client fleet.

Magellan for troubleshooting

AI that sees what the operator sees.

Magellan operates inside the active Space. Attach terminal output, an HTTP response, a config diff, or a packet capture — and get an explanation, suggested next steps, or a draft incident report. BYO Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, or Ollama key. Operators always run the command; Magellan never executes autonomously.

Audit trail

Per-Space audit for client reporting.

Every Shared Space has its own audit log of credential access, command runs, HTTP requests, database queries, and Magellan calls. Team and Enterprise plans export audit history as CSV, filtered by actor / action / target — useful for client reports, security reviews, and contractual compliance.

Not an RMM or PSA replacement

What ShellYard doesn't try to be.

ShellYard does not replace your RMM or PSA. We don't run agents on endpoints, we don't poll devices, and we don't manage tickets or billing. ShellYard gives your technical team a cleaner workspace for the hands-on infrastructure work those tools don't cover — the troubleshooting session, the API test, the database inspection, the runbook write-up.

Try the MSP workflow.

Free is enough to set up a Personal Space and the full toolkit. Team adds Shared Spaces with members, ACLs, per-Space customer-managed KMS, Group-scoped credentials, cryptographic erasure on offboarding, audit-log export, and IT Glue + Hudu importers. Enterprise adds per-Space audit filtering, larger storage caps, and custom contracts.
