Transfer admin
Promote a member to admin (and demote self). One-click swap via /org/transfer-admin.
The current admin can promote any member to admin via Manage team → Transfer admin → <member>.
Behavior
- Target user becomes
role=admin - Current admin becomes
role=member - Subscription customer-id stays attached to the team, not the user — so the new admin manages billing going forward
- Both users get an email confirming the swap
